Oxfordshire County Council’s Llewelyn Morgan provides a local authority
insight into the disruptive issues that Oxfordshire CC are expecting to face into the future (next 10 to 20 years) and the pressures this will place on the LAs. He will highlight the need for new approaches to modelling to support the decisions that need to be taken in the short term to support long term mobility investment, highlighting the potential implications of new mobility services that are emerging and automated transport. Llewelyn will provide views on the modelling and data development approaches that Oxfordshire have been undertaking to better understand future trends and provide insights into their future
